Why does nobody in Italy talk about the Talaria Sting? Giuseppe asks us for it, who has been using it for six months and loves it. Luca bought it too and agrees, adding a succinct review on the performance, driving and consumption of this agile electric off-road bike. We remind you that questions should be sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org
“I’ve had it for six months: pure fun”
“Why in Italy nobody talks about Talaria Sting? I have had it for 6 months, I took the approved version taking advantage of the eco-bonus and it is a real concentrate of pure fun! It’s a kind of improved Sur Ron, with beltless timing, bigger battery and a new chassis.
Although it has been on the market since the beginning of the year, no newspaper in the sector talks about it, yet, although many seem not to consider this aspect, electric mobility is also off the road!
Off-road is in fact the environment where electric vehicles give their best: lots of torque to pass obstacles, routes of the order of tens of kilometers, zero stink or pollution and, above all, THE SILENCE necessary to listen to nature and do not be hated by animals, residents, and hikers on foot or by bike.
I have turned! I go around the woods after work and always come back with a nice smile on my face 🙂 I’m just sorry not to be able to share all this with other lovers of electric off-road vehicles on two wheels and for this I am writing to you.“ Giuseppe Ferrara
I wanted a Tesla, I got a Talaria Sting
“Hello everyone, I contacted you a few months ago for the purchase of a Tesla model 3, in the end without incentives and with the increase in prices for the war I decided to postpone a few years and I decided to take a electric dirt bike, the best choice I’ve ever made, economical for maintenance and refueling, powerful, quiet, beautiful.
Paid € 4,500 new, therefore about par with petrol.
It has an exaggerated power despite being drivable at 14 (even excessive), I did 2000 km in a month and I spent on the 20 euros, petrol bikes they consume, they have no power they would have spent on the 200 250.
The best motocross bike around.
I have just subscribed to your channel even if I have been following you for a couple of years, congratulations to everyone for your service and your effectiveness in encouraging eco mobility.
“I beat all my friends with petrol motorcycles”
T.alaria is the brand, Sting is the model, charging from 0 to 100 is 4 hours, but I try to never discharge it beyond 30, I almost always take it to about 60 and in 30 minutes it is charged, I use it for everything, going to school, going to the woods, it’s very comfortable and light, but the best part is that I beat almost all my friends who have petrol bikes.
Real autonomy in the plain 60 km. Climb the same because if you are good you can recharge if you are good, otherwise if you accelerate not a little you download very little or nothing“. Luca Pisoni
Press office, if you’re there, knock a beat
Reply- Indeed Talaria Sting seems to have everything a successful Dirt Bike needs to have. Everything, except an efficient press office. Vaielettrico has never received a press release, much less a proposal for a test. And from what we see on the web, the information blackout affects all the Italian media. This is the only reason why no one in Italy has ever talked about it. Browsing on foreign sites we discover that Talaria was founded in 1996, in Chongqing, China. Only recently has it dedicated itself to the design and production of electric motorcycles, and has arrived in Europe with a single model: the Sting, in fact. In Italy it has one commercial office in Bolzano which obviously cares more about sales than image. And perhaps, given the results, it is also good: two testimonials like Luca and Giuseppe are enough. But if the company gives us the opportunity, we will be very happy to test it too.
